Hub5 connector has broken loose. So no internet available.

Our daughter has broken our Hub5 WiFi router whilst she tripped up on cable. I wanted to know where I can get a replacement Hub5/4 new/old/refurbished from Virgin directly. The chat didn't want to pass me through to anyone. Happy to pay, but I cannot get through to anyone via chat or call.

Can anyone help?

    VM Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone to report the Hub as damaged / failed.

    Don't be tempted to buy a Hub from eBay etc, VM would not activate it.

      Hiya. I've waited in all day for an engineer to come to the house. Someone has been here all day. No joy.

        Hi Echelon5,

        We do apologise that an engineer did not arrive, can you confirm this is the case as remotely looking from our end, we can see that a technician has visited. 

        Can you confirm if everything has now been resolved.
