Hub3 timed out site.?

Hi. 

Seems a favourite site of mine that used day before or less is no longer connecting when try loading all get is message saying:

this site can't be reached took too long to respond.  

Try checking connection. 

Error_connection-timed_out

Also checked connection looks fine. 

Yet when tried on 4g/ 5g site worked just fine and all checked for site problems see if just me says no problem with site. 

Tried clearing catch multi devices on same WiFi but nothing working for this site yet every offer site tried works just fine thankfully. 

When tried phoning just got auto message saying are some problems in area so hope that maybe fix it but was worried so made account hear hope look into it.  (Couldn't get through to person unfortunately. )

      Problematic and still can not load site used to use all the time, yet can get it to work on 4g and 5g as well as seems any offer Internet provider, hoping when/ if get fixed that works and don't lose anything else. 

      (No luck yet.)

    We have a Hub 3 in Router mode, I tried the website and it loaded in an instant.

    We have VM Child Safe disabled and Virus Safe disabled in our Virgin Media online account.

    If you are unable to access the VM online a/c use a Public DNS on your device as a workaround,
    try with Google DNS   dns.google  / 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 as a starter for 10.  Plenty of other Public DNS are available.

  • I'm very bad with tech but wanted say thank to everyone who replied so far. 

    Also seems problems with ee site when try login to account or app often had turn 4g for instance on to get it to work.  

    And sad that still having same orioles with site already menchaned. 

    I think it's something to do with virign themselves as all these problems didn't exist around week ago.
