Hub3 overheat

My hub has a solid red light. I have switched it off and done a factory reset today and a couple of weeks ago but nothing has changed. It is not in a particularly warm room and well ventilated

If the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly. If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

I have done three pin hole resets and it stays red. Thanks for your advice

Hi there ML5 👋 Welcome to our forum and thanks for your post 😊

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your Hub overheating and having this red light. Thanks for doing the checks we'd usually advise to do. As this hasn't changed things, we'd need to arrange an engineer so they can check this for you. I'll pop you a PM to confirm your details so this can be done.

        Regards

        Nathan
