Hub 5x now on software version: 7.8.3-2410.5
No longer able to rename devices on Hub 5x/Home/Hub 5x status overview screen.
Thank you for forcing this software update on me without testing it thoroughly.
P1$$ up & brewery
VM applied the same change to DOCSIS Hub 5 in Feb 2024,
the functionality has not returned in later software updates.
How simple can VM make the hub 5x before many people go up in arms?
This new firmware has been an issue over a week and the connection is dropping even while typing this :/

We've done a diagnostic check and cannot see any service issues or outages affecting your service since your post (there were some issues on the day it seems). Issues with that firmware on the 5x
New hub in today and its better - The new hub has the old firmware
Until it updates
Maybe VM can rethink that modem mode on hub 5x....Keep it simple VM!
