Hub 5x installed yesterday but poor wifi in 2 rooms- I need a couple of pods

Installer did not check wifi range when installed. Since he left yesterday I have poor or no wifi in 2 areas of my home. I cant use the virgin app to test this as it wont connect to my router. But I understand networking and IT so I can see its poor range/signal in those rooms.
Therefore I require 2 pods sending out to help. Can someone private message me to arrange this please?
I believe the Pods for the Hub 5X need to be the Black Pods? Personally, if you know IT I would advise you to use your own PoE type access points. The management software for the Pods is non existent as far as I know? Yes, I know there is the Connect App, but it's not management software IMHO.
If you really want to use the Pods, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you. The official route, btw, is to scan your property with the Connect app, and this should allow you to order the first Pod. However as the Hub 5X needs the Black Pods(?) it may be best to wait for a VM Mod.
