Hub 5 Wireless just doesn't work

Anyone elses hub 5 wireless just not work at all? It's in router mode

I've also noticed network diagnostics gets stuck at 80% on the wireless testing part. 

Cannot load any of the wireless parts either. 

Had the exact same issue just over a month ago and the only fix was a hard pinehole reset of the router. Normal reset doesn't fix it and turning off and on doesn't fix it. The routers wireless literally just doesn't operate on any normal level whatsoever. 

Cannot modify guest network, cannot change any wireless settings at all, won't even load. 

Is this a common issue?
