Hub 5 flashing blue

Hello I hope someone can help me here.. just recently got a new hub 5 delivered because my old one broke and now this one is constantly flashing blue for almost 2 days now 😞 I’ve called and emailed but no one is helping me. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the box needing activated or something? really hope someone can help me in this thread thank you so much

    Hi Mtrtkt

    Try calling 0800 953 9500 which is the activation line and have the hub serial number (should be on a sticker on the base) along with your account number and area number which can be found on your bills and contract
