Hub 5 DHCP giving wrong addresses to wired device

Hello,

Having just finished cabling my house and moving over to Virgin Media, I was looking forward to connecting various devices in various rooms via wired ethernet. To my horror, all the devices (TVs, Blu-Ray players, Xbox One) are receiving an IP address from DHCP from the Hub 5 in the 192.168.1.x range, whereas the Hub 5 only provides 192.168.0.x addresses. The default gateway shows as 192.168.1.1, but is not pingable because it doesn't exist, obviously.

Anyone any idea what's going on? It's definitely the Hub 5 doing this (have disconnected all other devices), and regardless, there are no other DHCP server devices on the network. It's happening on all ethernet ports and on all devices which I've tested so far. WiFi devices appear to be unaffected by this.

Thanks in advance.
