reset the hub use its defaults

or get your own router with 1Gb or 2.5Gb ports and use hub in modem mode

That message refers to the 5Ghz channel.  108 is a DFS channel and as such will have a short delay in transmitting, as by law, the Hub has to check for Radar stations in the area.  It's nothing to worry about.  You can move the channel to, e.g. 36 as it's not a DFS channel.

Many CCTV management apps are so poorly written they fail to work when the mobile phone & management app are connected to the 5GHz band, but the CCTV camera only works on the 2.4GHz band.

The solution for many has been to temporally disable the VM Hub's 5GHz Wi-Fi band, thus forcing the mobile phone on to the 2.4GHz band where the camera's management app may have better success configuring the CCTV camera.
