So I have honor magic pad 2 and since I've had it I have had issues with the WiFi dropping out every 30 seconds or so the only way I can keep a stable connection is to use hotspot with my mobile I have no issues with any other devices connected to the hub 4 WiFi and I have the 1gb speed any help would be appreciated thank you !!

Sorry to hear about the WIFi cutting out on your honor magic pad 2.
Although we're not able to help with 3rd party products we did find some useful information in the link here
It appears to be quite a common problem with an easy fix as well.

You hub needs to be replaced with a lucky working hub for wifi which are hard to come by.
for stable wifi look to get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode.
