Hub 4 issues

hi all. 

Woke up this morning to the Hub 4 not connecting to the internet. 

Keeps changing colour between flashing blue and white then blue and white together. 

Checked service status no issues in area. 

Reset hub numerous times and checked connections to no avail. 

Struggling to be able to speak to anybody human at virgin media. has anybody got any advice please.

    Log onto the Hub and check the Status page, look for the Cable Modem Status.  This should say Online.  If not, then there is a fault somewhere on your circuit.
