Hub 4 1gb connection fault

For the second week now we have had an area fault DY10.

I have raised multiple compensation claims and the status updates keep spitting out and engineer is on site working on it. We have a complete loss of service and nothing is being done.

I have raised a complaint using the form and still nothing.

I'm getting close to withholding payment until the service is restored. This is far beyond a joke to the point of extracting the urine!!

How about fix the damn fault !!!!

    We're sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing in your local area, which appears to be ongoing and is estimated to be resolved later today at 18:00.

    Once this matter has been resolved, our systems will automatically work out what is due to be issued out, in line with the automatic compensation scheme and will be visible on the next bill produced.

    Do please keep tabs on the local area for the time being and once no issues appear, perform a reboot on your equipment and the service should then be up and running as expected.
