Hub 3 solid red light

Our hub 3 has solid red light. Have followed the guidance on website to turn off for period of time to allow to cool, no change when powering back on.  Hub isn't noticeably hot to touch and is well ventilated.  

Have also tried the resetting method.  Red light came back on again. 

WiFi appears to be working on devices but speed does seem slower than usual. 

Can Virgin please look into this

  • Other posts from people with same issue suggest thr hub needs replacing. Hoping virgin can assist as can't find any other means of contacting support

    The red led is the Hub overheating warning and as such should be working properly.  The Hub should be replaced as it may be a risk.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss.
