Hub 3 solid red light
Our hub 3 has solid red light. Have followed the guidance on website to turn off for period of time to allow to cool, no change when powering back on. Hub isn't noticeably hot to touch and is well ventilated.
Have also tried the resetting method. Red light came back on again.
WiFi appears to be working on devices but speed does seem slower than usual.
Can Virgin please look into this
