Hub 3 not connecting

Hey everyone 

My hub 3 has lost connection to the internet. It was in modem mode and using a tp link router. The power light at the bottom is solid green...the up/down arrows are flashing green...and the WiFi is solid green after I reset the hub and connected my pc direct to the hub. Can get into the settings but after a diagnostic check it says cannot connect to internet. Checked the connections and all ok. There's an engineer coming tomorrow but just wanted to know if there was anything to try to save the engineer a trip

    Seeing the Green flashing LED + Arrows on our Hub 3 means the the VM Network has gone down.

    If this turns out to be a more general fault / street cabinet fault, expect the engineer visit to be cancelled / or to just not happen.

    Check for known faults in your street – try both methods :

    Call the local fault line: 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated number.

      Nope...wasnt the network. Just a faulty router so new one installed and working great

    So is your PC or router getting a WAN IP in modem mode?

    If your getting to the hub login post upstream and downstream info

      Sorry for the late reply

      Engineer was here and it turned out it was a faulty VM router so everything is back up and running again
