Hub 3.0 not operating properly

My Hub 3.0 stopped working properly. I have tried the obvious like switching off & pulling out the power & leaving it out for a minute. On reversing the process it fires up green bar, then internet light & then flashes the two arrows. Then after a while it just keeps repeating the whole sequence over & over❓ Nothing has changed moved etc. & was working fine for both my laptop downstairs & wifey's upstairs until 26:15 today ‼️

Looks like V.M. is working fine in our area when I checked at 15:45.

Any assistance or ideas would be gratefully accepted

    The green flashing arrows on our Hub 3 means the VM network has gone down.

    Ask the people next door if they are in the same situation, it can take time for the service checkers to register a fault.

    Check for known faults in your street – try both methods :

    Call the local fault line: 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated number.
