Hub 05 - Losing Power Regularly

Hi. About a month ago i had a hub 05 fitted by virgin engineer to replace my faulty hub 03. 
since the hub 5 was fitted it has regularly been losing power. It even happened on the day of install in front of virgin engineer. Left it and still having issues. Spoke with engineer (virgin), and he dropped me a new power supply a few weeks later. Still having same issue. 

I therefore need the hub 5 REPLACING asap as it can now be nothing else. The brand new one fitted is faulty. It keeps losing power completely. Dead. Only way to sort is to manually toggle off on a few times and hope for the best. 

VIRGIN, please help!!!!

    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Hub5 losing power
    I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
