How to order WiFi pod

I seem to be going round in circles. WiFi doesn't work properly in some areas of my home. Said to see if I was eligible download VM connect and scan each room. Which I did. In bedrooms small bathroom and kitchen I'm only getting about 2/3 Mbps. But doesn't give any option to order one. Can anyone let me know what to do here.
