I'm a Volt 250 customer. I have black spots in my house and areas where the speed significantly drops. I used the VM Connect app and got speeds of less than 30mbps, but I end up cycling back with no option to order a pod. It's getting beyond frustrating. Can anyone from VM help?

Unfortunately I’ve had the same issue since October 2023. VM customer service and their website/apps are useless. If there was another full fibre provider available to me I would leave but I’m stuck with them. I’m looking at getting a better router and putting my 5x into modem mode to improve coverage
Modem mode on the Hub 5X does not work yet …
