How to order VM Pods?

Hello, 

I'm a Volt 250 customer. I have black spots in my house and areas where the speed significantly drops. I used the VM Connect app and got speeds of less than 30mbps, but I end up cycling back with no option to order a pod. It's getting beyond frustrating. Can anyone from VM help?

  • Unfortunately I’ve had the same issue since October 2023. VM customer service and their website/apps are useless. If there was another full fibre provider available to me I would leave but I’m stuck with them. I’m looking at getting a better router and putting my 5x into modem mode to improve coverage

      Modem mode on the Hub 5X does not work yet …

    Thank you for your response. I'd be grateful if you could read the post again. I've already outlined that I've used the Connect App, and ran the tests you mention, and get the attached results, only for the app to get me to reset the router and start again, which I've done, ending up with the same results and recommendation to reset, and off in a frustrating cycle we go. 

    I wish people who develop these 'solutions' actually try them out.
