How to get WiFi Pod
Hoping someone can help as tearing our hair out here. We have a room that gets patchy WiFi at best and often drops off altogether. When i renewed my contract i was promised a WiFi pod (back in May) but it never arrived. Multiple calls / conversations with the chatbots have resulted in several promises that they would send one but we have never received one.
Tried raising a complaint but ended up with a letter saying that it was resolved and they would close it unless i called them back - couldn't get through on the phone so that got closed, but still no pod and no signal at end of living room.
Have tried running the speed tests in the APP which sometimes says the signal is poor and sometimes says good (max download speed 12 Mbps when we are on Volt Gig 1). Most often at that end of teh room we cant actually run the speedtest as its got no signal
Rest of the house is great so no complaints there, just want to try and WiFi pod and not sure why its soooo difficult to get one?
Paying a ridiculous amount of money per month for WiFi but still cant get it reliably in the living room - does anyone have any idea what can i do to resolve this as the options on the website / App don't seem to work?
