How do I order the Wi-Fi pods?
Hi Folks,
I am having the same issue as others with Wi-Fi deadspots and not being able to order pods. The App notes something like 'the order feature is on its way' looking at my account online there is no option to order and via the phone I am not sure which option to select, so tried both technical and new installations and just get dropped in a queue, after waiting around 20mins in each I had to get back to work.
In my situation it looks like I will need a couple of pods, one to sit where the Wi-Fi signal is reasonable and one to piggyback of that one into areas where there is no / very minimal signal (where the app fails to connect to the hub)
If someone could help here it would be most appreciated

I have added the WiFI Max service to the account for you and your first pod has been ordered. It will be delivered to your home address and you'll receive a text message to confirm the delivery date and tracking information.
