How do I order a wifi pod?

I have a dropout area in my house, where the wifi just drops every so often. The router is at one end of the house and the living room where the wifi drops is at the other. The engineer left 2 wifi pods and said if I needed a 3rd it could be ordered. I have tried to do this, as recommended, via the VM Connect App but do not get the option to order. Could someone please sort this out for me?

    We're sorry to hear you're still having issues with your WiFi despite having 2 Pods already. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
