How can I order WiFi Pod ?
Recently installed Virgin Broadband M125. Engineer installed Hub 3 in a corner of the living room of the 4 bedroom house. This only covers 70% of the house and the rest have poor signal around 10 mbps speed.
Contacted the engineer who installed. He says I have to contact customer service to order a booster.
Called customer service 034 5454 1111 not helpful
Virgin Media Connect app
Heard that can order a wifi pod from Virgin Media Connect app. Installed the app and performed scans on every room of the house and result saved 3 out of 9 rooms have poor signal. And the app says I need a wifi pod. But there is no way of ordering wifi pod from the app.
Talked with chatbot not helpful. chatbot says to contact VM whatsapp
Contacted VM whatsapp , no reply.
What a horrible customer service !!!
