I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by your technician, Scott (ID: 55546), during a recent visit to resolve an issue with my broadband setup.

Scott was extremely professional, helpful, and thorough. He went above and beyond by not only addressing the issue inside but also taking the initiative to check the cables outside to ensure everything was in perfect order. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail, such as wearing shoe covers to protect my home, and the time he took to explain the service and what he was doing.
