Help ordering WiFi pod

I gave up many months ago trying to order a WiFi pod for the bedroom due to the useless chat/WhatsApp, told a few times I would be sent one but never received any delivery date ect. 

Tried ago via the connect app, the test shows 15 mbps, but the app shows no option to order the pod. 

I'm on volt 1 gig. 

Can some here help, thanks

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for any lower than expected speed issues.
    We've ran a diagnostic today and can see you are affected by an SNR issue (signal to noise ratio).
    Fault number is F012020345 and this fault can affect the speeds. The estimated fix date for this is tomorrow (the 8th October) at 2pm. 
    Hopefully all fixed sooner and then when it is, please can you re-run the Connect App speed tests.
