Having to reboot Hub 5 daily

Hi

I've had my Hub 5 for about a year. Good speeds and generally reliable. Over the past couple of months it has become more and more frequent that my wired and WiFi internet cuts out, requiring a reboot of the Hub. Is this something that can be fixed remotely or do I need an engineer visit?

No issues in my local area when this generally happens.

  • Hi fixyerinternet,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

We're sorry to hear you've been having issues with your hub needing to be rebooted. Checking things here, all looks good with the connection and the hub. All power and signal levels are optimal and there are no faults showing in the area either.

It's worth doing a reset of the hub - please hold the pin hole reset button in for a timed 60 seconds. This will help refresh things but do let us know if the reboots continue.

    Many thanks,
