Guest WiFi Business Never Connects

The guest wifi for my business wifi never connects. Its just spins and spins and spins and never does anything. I own a gym so it’s very annoying that my guests can never connect to it. 

ive sent numerous emails, numerous texts and tried calling but I never get any response. Considering I spend £100 a month on this wifi it’s pretty useless. 

I’ve tried resetting the router a few times but it solves nothing.

    Just to add another note 

     

    Ive logged in to admin and changed the username and password and still does not connect.
