Google Meet issue

My partner uses Google meet for her work meetings and sessions. Since changing to virgin, her connection seems quite sketchy. From slow speeds causing lag and poor quality video, all the way to actually losing connection and being kicked off the network. 

She says it only happens on Meet. Teams works fine. The router is in the very next room with line of sight. 

She has tried multiple laptops as well. 

Anyone experiencing similar issues and found a fix  before I fall virgin to report it as a problem?

    Wired or Wifi?   If  Wifi try disabling the Smart Optimisation and setting the Wifi band and channel manually.  This may help.

    Make sure Parental Controls are disabled in the VM Online Account.

    We're sorry to hear your wife is having issues when using Meet for work purposes. The device she's using, is this connecting via a VPN? 

    Do you have issues with any other devices that are not work related?
