- toplad39On our wavelength- toplad39On our wavelengthThis has been sorted now! Had to remove my Hive Network Cable from port 4 and do a hard reset of router. Apparently the 2.5g is the issue as i have been reading about lately.

- toplad39On our wavelengthWell looks like it was only temporary. The intermittent drop outs are back again. Can someone please look into this for me? My tests are showing a fault when i run them. Thank you - Carley_SForum Team Hi toplad39 Welcome back to the community forums Sorry to hear you're having issues with your services at this time. We can see on the systems that you've already been in touch with the team and an engineer has attended. Please do let us know if you're still having issues after the appointment and we can look into this further for you if needed. - toplad39On our wavelengthHi Carley The engineer identified the issues and swapped out the hub and did something to the cable outside. It was fine Friday and Saturday but the issue has started again with the drop outs on Ethernet and WiFi. This is causing us big problems with working from home. Could someone please run some further tests? Thank you
