My external brown box cover blew away in the last storm and now wiring is exposed to the elements. How do I get a new one? I have tried calling for 40 mins plus, but the automated system does not allow you to report this kind of fault or indeed speak to a human being. My neighbour has the same issue btw , might as well bring two.
Post up a photo and a VM person will sort it for you when they get here in a day or so

I'm sorry to hear your external omnibox has been damaged, and blown away . As mentioned by jbrennand, can you please post a photo, so we can check this and then book a Technician to come and take a look into repairing it.
