Ethernet works fine, but WiFi isn't broadcasting

Hi,

Since last night the WiFi from the router had my been broadcasting. Can't be picked up on any device, with no changes from any of us.

The Ethernet is working fine though, and I've used it to confirm the router still ha WiFi enabled etc.

I've also turned it off and back on again.

How do I go about fixing this?

Got someone with the VM Connect app blocked all devices ?

You may be able to restart the Wi-Fi by performing a factory reset :
    1) Press and hold the RESET button for 60 seconds.
    2) Leave the Hub powered on to complete the reset.
    3) The Hub will revert to the Hub Password & Wi-Fi Password on the bottom sticker.

I'm the only one with the app, and I didn't even know I could block through that.
I don't see any blocked devices listed on the hub.

I'd also like to keep a factory reset as a last resort. I have a few device-specific IPs setup, opened ports, etc which would all be a pain to re-do.

You should be able to do a firmware backup and restore, providing it is the same Hub.  Leave the Hub to update all it's firmware after the pinhole reset and then restore from the backup.
