Ethernet not working
The ethernet are not working and we have a hub 3.0

Try a full reset (Pin hole press for 30 seconds).

Thanks for coming back to us, kjhick69. Have you tried another cable, as Roger_Gooner suggested?
If you have and you're still having the same issues, please let us know, and we can get this looked into further and maybe arrange for a new router to be sent out to you.

The Hub 3 has Green LEDs on each network socket,
are these lit to show a connection to your devices ?Have you tried another cable?
