Engineer no show
Hoping a member of VM staff can sort this out.
HUB 3 box stopped working 24th May. Tried using the whatsapp number got no reply, tried using Webchat but the bot kept sending me in circles, same for using the website. Spent 45minutes on the phone to customer services, who eventually ordered me a new Hub to be delivered.
Except that never arrived. Got a text message it was arriving 24th May, and on my online account it said it would be here 31st May. Never arrived, web chat advisor said it wasn't ordered correctly. They booked an engineer visit for me for today 12pm-4pm.
Engineer hasn't showed up. When I look at my account online, it says no appointment booked, despite the fact that I have 2 text messages confirming the appointment.
We have no broadband or TV that we are paying for. I cannot ring customer services right now because I have to leave for work and do not have time to be on the phone for 45 mins again.
Can anyone help sort this?
