Engineer hasn’t turned up. No internet since 5 days

Hi,

No internet since 5 days. Was showing fault in area for 2 days, now they said over the phone that faulty router. Engineer has booked today but he didn’t turn up. So much frustrated, has anyone experienced same issue?

    If the fault is still outstanding - all Tech visits get auto-cancelled.

    So...see what is being reported on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

    Report back what is "saying".
