Engineer feedback

Is there a way to leave feedback for my engineer? I have his name and number, but the email I have received says it has expired although I only received it just over 24 hours ago? Customers should be given longer to leave time via the link as revoking access to leaving feedback is terribly bad, especially knowing that a bonus scheme is in place for engineers. I would like to be able to give feedback for my engineer as he was extremely polite, helpful and good at his job. 
The engineer was Ian, 60395.

    It's odd about the feedback email expiring so I've messaged the Area Manager for your area to see if it can be re-sent across :).
