Endless texts
On 22/9/25 my broadband went down. I registered the fault, and since then I have had many texts from Virgin (in triplicate!) giving a date and time by which the fault will be fixed. These times go by, and another text with another date and time is sent out. Eventually I lost patience and got in touch by Chat on 29/9. They found no outage in my area, and sent a technician out on 30/9. The fault was with my wiring, and was fixed by him.
Since then I have continued to get the "fixed by" automated texts (still in triplicate!), despite my problem being fixed! I contacted VM by Chat this morning, and was told there now is an outage problem in my area, hence why I am still getting the texts. I doubt this as the first Chat told me there was no outage, the fault was with my wiring (which it was) or modem, and that problem has been fixed!
All I ask is for some honesty, and PLEASE STOP TEXTING ME!!!
