Drop outs

Internet drops once every 30 mins or so also speed is all over the place not in accordance with the offered speed, I do operate in modem mode with eeros providing WiFi throughout the house. We always have had occasional drop outs but is getting worse, I am sure it’s a virgin issue and nothing to do with the eeros I have swapped these round to rule out this. Any thoughts I have rebooted very often with no joy. Thanks Kevin

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your connection at the moment. I've looked into this and cannot see any issues with your connection or in the local area. How have things been running since you last posted, have you seen any improvements?

  • hi thanks for the reply it’s still dropping occasionally you can have good days and bad days today hasn’t been bad at all but my speed is about 100mbps and my average should be over 300mbps I think need to check but certainly speed is inconsistent which may be a clue I suppose cheers
