Disgusting customer service

What a terrible disgusting company. Nothing ever resolved, Cowards managers hiding behind the poor telephone agents. Been promised numerous calls . Never received any . Continueous  intermittent broadband and WiFi issues, up to 200 disconnects aday. Calling every two days.  I just want someone to deal with these issues properly and finally have a service that I've been paying for. NOW THEY WANT TO INCREASE THE PRICE . What a joke   what service . Contacting the regulator now . FED UP

  • This service gets worse year by year. Intermittent Broadband, extremely rude agents speaking to customers anyhow, managers who do not call back, closing down of customer’s emails instead of just shifting them over to more secure servers or service, the list is endless. I wonder if the big bosses are paying their staff in India and the philippines - where Virgin Media customer services is based, an absolute pittance too which could be why agents are so rude and disrespectful to customers. We get that here in UK too mind..le miserable! Pay ya staff properly!😳
