Customer services - waiting WiFi pods

3 months later still awaiting a delivery of wifi pods 8 promises of delivery all failed now on 9th upto now taken readings 3 times of speeds told by 3 different agents that pods will sort out the problem. Wasted a day off work for promised delivery. Been without security camera's over the holidays. Make no wonder Virgin have the worst customer service reputation. 24 years I have been a loyal customer stands for nothing. Looking at moving to sky as quickly as possible. Virgin you are a joke customer services at its lowest no one cares about customers at Virgin
