Hello, this might be a stupid question, but I'm new to internet contract agreements (and 'buying' internet as a whole), so I was just wondering, after the pre-contract agreement, when you receive the actual secondary contract, do you have to accept that in some way by signing off, or do you not need to do anything at all?

That document you contain is the main contract which will lay out all the legal terms, explain when your discounts come to an end and any there is any price increase in the contact length.
You will get other bits and bobs sent to you but that will be the main one.
