Constant ERR CONNECTION CLOSED, ERR CONNECTION RESET/ABORTED/PR END OF FILE

Constant ERR CONNECTION CLOSED, ERR CONNECTION RESET/ABORTED/PR END OF FILE errors whenever I am trying to access Twitch.tv or Reddit. On old VM100 package with TV and phone. This error has been going on for 6 months or so every time you tried to access the sites.

The sites work eventually but: I'll click the bookmark or type the domain and it will cycle for five or six seconds on the above errors before finally stopping dead, where I will have to refresh 2/3 time for this to happen again and then it finally goes to the site.

Same on Edge, Chrome, Brave. Same on Android tablet S6 Lite.

Doesn't happen on any other site just Twitch or Reddit.

Reset router on off, cleared ARP cache/flush DNS on PC, no joy.

Have tried on a VPN and it doesn't happen. But don't want VPN on all the time.

      Thanks, fixed issue for me.
      However, I didn't turn on parental controls in the first place!!!

        Parental Controls are on by default for new accounts.
