Continually losing connection and now the hub has stared rebooting itself

    Unless there is an area fault you need a technician’s visit to rectify. Your power level are too low and downstream and too high on upstream. Check all connections are tight. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post

  • I've been looking at service status, most of the time it says no problems.  A couple of times it has said intermittent signal then goes back to no problems.

    The red LED is on but it has been for a long time I see they can fail, it was orange after a reset in router mode then back to red in modem mode.

    I was hoping to get help here to avoid a phone call.
