Connection problem CS9004

Hi, I’m back home after a weekend away and now can’t access internet or TV. 
The error is CS0094.

All connections are fine, no issues in my area and have restarted everything several times. Can anyone advise please?

    Your service has failed due to either a network fault or the hub dropping out of VM’s provisioning systems, and no amount of resets will help. Call VM to say that you have no broadband and TV with an CS9004 error code.

    There isn't a CS9004 or CS0094 error.  The full list of error codes and possible solutions are shown <here>

    Which hub do you have and what colour are the lights?  See broadband/hub-lights

    Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

    If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This is generally  better  as it gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
