Connection Issues

I've had the same issues - everything dropping so no access to laptop, tv, phone etc. for over a week. I booked an engineer they checked it all. I was given a new hub, another booking, the engineer worked from their location to try and fix it but unfortunately the problem persisted.  I spoke again to customer service on the landline phone via 150 when things worked for a couple of minutes - luckily the guy called me back on my mobile when it dropped.  He was great as he did a printout his end and could see the internet dropping 100's of times each day so he booked an engineer.  The guy who arrived was called Enes ID 47363 and he was really brilliant. He went through absolutely everything inside and out. He was very thorough in his investigation - and eventually found - and showed me a really loose cable, a very short section, that came through the wall (outside to inside). He replaced this / reconnected it to the inside cable. Then went through the set up again. (having also checked the box down the road).  He spent ages making sure everything really worked properly before he left and it's still all working thank goodness! It seems it was all down to that tiny section of cable. Unfortunately I can't help with answers but thanks to this particular engineer Enes, who was really thorough and determined to find the problem everything is still working properly as it should.
