Connection issues with 2.5 gigabit port on the Hub 5

Question

I'm having connection issues with the 2.5 gigabit on the Hub 5, at specific times of the day (20:00 - 22:00) the gigabit port connection will randomly drop and reconnect. I don't have this issue with the 1 gigabit ports, so I don't believe it's the cable or my PC, could it just be the 2.5 gigabit port that is dodgy?

What NIC you have? disable EEE or green power

It be best to try a new cable before we say faulty hub

Is it a pre-build PC or did you build it youself?

Some models of 2.5Gbps ethernet adapters (i225-v) are well known to be problematic.
