Connection blocked after moving home

Applied to move and the new contract has started.

Received an installation kit (a wire) and set up the Hub accordingly.

The Hub status shows Access denied on Internet.

Tried to reboot the Hub but no luck.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your access. If the router was a part of the new contract, then this sounds like the equipment needs activating. Once activated, the new contract and service should go live.
