Connect app can't do modem test?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    Have you got an error message on the device when running the test?

    Have you got a VPN on the device? If so, please remove this and this should fix it :).

      Have screenshot but can not upload on tablet.

       

      Vpn no it off as it comes as a complete security package so can not uninstall 

       

      Worked fine before??

    Save the screenshot as a file and insert in into the thread using the "Insert Photos" option which is the Camera icon.

      But in my tablet don't not show photo icon when posting but does on a computer or mobile!!

      Also the community email flag as spam in Gmail each time 

       

      Odd why keep telling it there safe??

        Thank you for popping back to us Hosay299 to clarify is there a VPN active on the device? If so and it cannot be removed are you able to use the connect app on another device?

    You can run a diagnostic test of the VM Hub from the Hub admin menu.

    In Norton Security you can turn VPN off. You don't have to uninstall it.

      I in the end used the connect app to restart my router and it now works fine doing it must have been a background update which had caused the issue
