Connect app cannot find hub
Connect app not working it says cannot find hub, I have deleted app re started and still not work.I have turned hub off and in and called 3 times for help nobody can help, its a waste of time

The Connect app is so flaky we don't have it installed.
Manage the VM Hub via its menu at : http://192.168.0.1/Are you using the connect app for a specific reason, i.e. checking speed for free wi-fi pods.
It stopped working for me last October.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with the Connect App, can I ask if this works on another device?
What are you trying to use the app to do? If we can provide a work around in the meantime I would be happy to.
