Can't order WiFi pods

My kitchen and bedrooms have very poor Internet (usually 350kbps - 15mbps) after doing the home scan but it won't let me order the wifi pods. Can anyone help?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the reach of your WiFi, and that you're also struggling to order a WiFi Pod to help remedy this. What happens exactly when you attempt to order a Pod via the app?

      Every time I do a home scan it says I have bad connection but there is no option to order a WiFi pod.

        Thank you for confirming Taslima 

        Can I ask what speed is shown on the scan? Can I also just check are you following these checks: 

        ·         Tap Start the scan
        ·         Then Start the scan again
        ·         While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready
        ·         Wait 2 mintues for Scan
        ·         Scan complete, Tap continue
        ·         Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in
        ·         Start the Scan (do this in every room)
        ·         Scan complete
        ·         Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option
        ·         If so, Tap Optimise
        ·         Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room, 
        ·         Tap Start Scan
        ·         Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option
