Cant order wifi pods through app or website

Tried to order pod by following instructions on app and on website but just keep going in circles, takes me to help page then tells me to sign in and then back to square 1.

Poor wifi speeds in 1 of the bedrooms and my package says up to 3 pods free of charge, would like to be able to order 1.
